Hillary's Hsu Connection to Ohio Dems

No wonder Hillary is reportedly considering Ted Strickland as her choice for Veep, they share the same friends. Friends like Norman Hsu, whom Mark covered fairly extensively earlier this week on WMD. Ted, along with the Paragon of Virtue known as Sherrod Brown and the most partisan secretary of state in Ohio history Jennifer Brunner have all decided to follow Hillary and return the cashola that Mr. Hsu gave them.

Want some coverage? Try these:

  • Ack! Run! Bacon Fishwrapper

  • WDTN-TV (Dayton)

  • Columbus Dispatch

  • Coshocton Tribune

  • I'm sure this will be covered by many more outlets of the 527 media no matter how much it kills them to have to do it and I can't wait to see what the lefty blogs in the Ohiosphere have to say...

    Stay tuned, sports fans...

Exit question: Hillary! is keeping the "bundled" money that Hsu secured for her (naturally!) -- will Rev. Ted, Sherrod, and Jennifer follow suit?

UPDATE: Here are a few more stories on the Hsu connection...

  • Associated (with Terrorists) Press via The Review (Alliance, OH), Ashland Times-Gazette, the Daily Jeffersonian (Cambridge), the Canton Repository, the Dayton Daily News and the Toledo Blade.

  • And here are some particularly negligent papers NOT covering the story:

  • In the Athens News, you'll find stories about skateboarding and Hillary!'s boobs, but you'll find nary a word on this story...

  • In the Barberton Herald, you'll read about a sex scandal between two consenting adults, but nary a word on this story...

  • Not a thing in the "conservative" Cincinnati Enquirer...

  • I didn't see it in the Cleveland Plain Dealer...

  • While the Toledo Blade did have the AP story, I didn't see any Pulitzer Prize winning expose ala Tom Noe... I'm sure they are queueing that up though.....

  • UPDATE 2: Matt Naugle from RightAngleBlog is on board...

UPDATE 3: Jeff Coryell mentions the story in the first item of this post.

UPDATE 4: Stark Politics reminds us that Brunner was a featured speaker at a Hsu fundraiser.

UPDATE 5: Mark McNally widens the scope a bit over at Pain Dealer.
