Donuts Over Babies Mom Has History of Leaving Child In Car: Did Prosecutor White Check Out this Pattern?

Turns out, Ms. All American Mom Slaby has left her child in the car before. Turns out that the cops involved wanted charges filed. So, why didn't Prosecutor Don White file them? Did his supervisor and Slaby defense counsel Scott Croswell exert pressure? Did Mr. White feel intimidated? Why is this woman walking free? Especially when the report notices A PATTERN OF NEGLECT....
From Channel 12 (Cincinnati) News:
Police reports from Union Township indicate Glen Este Vice Principal Brenda Nesselroad-Slaby left her child inside her vehicle on at least three previous occasions. One of the incidents, the week Cecilia died, lasted around ten minutes.

In the reports, on August 25, Detective Sgt Blankenship writes: "based on past review of cases involving unattended children, research, training, professional knowledge, and after review of this case in its entirety, I believe sufficient evidence exists to support a charge of Endangering Children, a felony of the third degree."
Two days later, Chief Zinser and Lt Gaviglia agreed with the recommended charge.

So, two cops think there is evidence enough to proceed, one of them a chief, the other a Detective Sgt. However, Prosecutor White does not... Here is more from Channel 12:
Prosecutor White says his office is well aware of the other incidents in which Cecilia was left unattended. He says she was left for very short periods of time and Slaby parked right in front of the doors. On these occasions the temperature in the car was not excessive. White says the bottom line here is still intent. By the legal definition what she did was not reckless because there is still no evidence to suggest she knowingly left Cecilia in the hot car that day.

Hmmm.....sounds like a pattern of neglect to me....

One newstipper who watched the video said the report had the following information on TV:
When she dropped her other child for day care, she would leave the baby in the car while she deposited the other child. the Childcare Provider asked her not to leave the baby in the car - but she continued.........

But it was all just a terrible, one time accident...there was no pattern of neglect, now, was there?

You decide.....
