Victoria"Tori"Schattauer, the disgraced ex-Goshen cheerleading coach who decided it was a good idea to provide booze to underage kids and take nude pictures with them, is going to face criminal charges. From WCPO:

The photo allegedly shows a 15-year-old girl posing topless with her cheerleading coach, 19-year-old Victoria Schattauer.
On Tuesday, the Blanchester Police Department filed misdemeanor charges against Schattauer and 19-year-old Andrew Emerson.
Police charged Schattauer with contributing to the unruliness of a minor while Emerson was charged with providing alcohol to a minor. Investigators say the photo was taken at a party at Emerson's home.
Emerson was a Goshen assistant football coach.
Police do not plan on filing charges against the 15-year-old girl.
Emerson and Schattauer will be arraigned on November 20.
What about child porn charges? Engaging in lewd conduct?
Anyway, I have found out some more about how this photo came about. It appears the 15 year old excused herself to the bathroom and decided to take some nasty pix of herself for her boyfriend. Then Ms. Schattauer, "the adult" walked in and instead of saying "wht hte hell are you doing, stop that!" says, "let's give him a show." They then proceed to take the picture. The boyfriend receives the photo and begins sharing with friends.
Here is the scary part. According to Bill Cunningham on O'Reilly's show last night, many people in the Goshen area are taking a "no big deal" approach and wiping it under the rug. That is shameful and any parent who takes such an attitude should not be surprised when their daughter is the next one to slut out with a coach. If that is the atttitude of the citizens of the Goshen School District, they should all be ashamed.
