This comes from a relatively new source, but the information contained in the report is important enough to issues around the Butler County Commission race, that I feel it is worth publishing even though I am classifying it as "rumor."[T]he Dynus FBI report is due out very soon and that Kay Rogers will resign and has made a "deal" (not sure exactly what that means) with the FBI.I have no way of verifying this report, but it sure fits the facts I do know about the Dynus "scandal" and the principal characters involved.
