Zanesville, OH 3/5/07 - Following Tuesday's primary election Jeanette Moll thanked her supporters and pledged support for the nominee Fred Dailey.
Moll said that it was a hard fought race and thanked her supporters.
"We worked hard and I met so many great people throughout Eastern & Southeastern Ohio and I'm proud of the campaign of ideas we put forth," Moll said. "I thank my campaign volunteers and supporters for making this race very competitive."
Moll pledged to support Fred Dailey's campaign.
"I've spoken with Fred Dailey and offered any support I can give as our party comes together to defeat Zack Space in the fall," Moll said. "Fred Dailey is a good man and is the right candidate to defeat Zack Space.
"I look forward to remaining involved and seeking ways to help make this area of Ohio a better place to live, do business and raise a family," Moll said.
During the campaign, Moll traveled over 25,000 miles attended fairs and Republican dinners in all 16 counties and had a grassroots team of supporters district-wide. Moll raised over $100,000; much of it in small dollar amounts, including donations from each county.
