Another poll creating buzz is this ridiculous Public Policy Polling bit (PDF) that oversampled Democrats 55% to 30% (Question 9) and somehow, we're supposed to believe that the poll only has a margin of error of plus/minus 3.6% with some "other factors, such as refusal to be interviewed and weighting, may introduce additional error that is more difficult to quantify."I'm not impressed...
