Sources report that it appears that Sharen Neuhardt has fired Jim Alexee as her campaign manager and hired Andrew Tappan. Tappan worked for John Edwards' race and also for Bob Shamansky against Rep. Pat Tiberi. If this change occured, why the media blackout?
