About the governor's 'No-Tax' budget, 62 percent of Ohioans said they distrust government to spend new money wisely. Lower-income residents also oppose higher taxes with over 55 percent rejecting the idea of raising taxes on others. 89 percent of respondents opposed taxes on the working poor and lower income groups.
