I just heard that the Republican's last hope for a conservative Republican in the Attorney General's race was just kicked off the ballot. I suspect that the most partisan Secretary of State in Ohio's history, Jenny Brunner, ruled that he didn't have enough petitions...but don't hold me to that, that's just my guess at this point.
