The Ohio Elections Commission (OEC) dismissed the complaints filed against the Ohio Republican Party (ORP), but I have yet to see any coverage of the decision (apparently Gongwer has something, but I am not a subscriber). Could it be because notice of the meeting went out about an hour before the proceedings in what some are calling a violation of Ohio's Sunshine Law (which states that any business conducted, especially votes taken, are null and void if the meeting was improperly called)?
My gut tells me that the OEC passed because they don't want to get involved in "internal" politics of a primary.
