CQ Politics: OH-02 is Safe GOP Hold

CQ Politics is finally getting around to saying what we all knew: OH-02 is a safe Republican hold.  Rep. Jean Schmidt has slowly repaired a lot of burned bridges and is running in a MUCH better environment this cycle than she has since coming to Congress.  Make no mistake, she will still have a lot of hard work ahead of her; but Jean is up to the task.
