OHD-28: Mike Wilson vs. Double Dipping

We had Mike Wilson on the TIB All Stars Show awhile back and now the Cincinnati Enquirer has a story on Mike's principled stand against double-dipping.  Retired ought to mean retired.  Just another reason why the 28th District ought to send him to the Ohio House.
