BUTLER COUNTY: Clerk Update -- Forms Not Printed "In House" at "No Cost"

Please find below an invoice dated 1/6/11 for a number of office supplies including forms like the one in this post.  A commenter in that post said: "the documents you print were made in house, at no cost."  Once again, this commenter appears to be WRONG.  You will note that the "Request for Case File" is listed on this invoice "with changes" at a cost of $187.19 for 2,500 of the form in question.  The grand total for the Jeff Wyrick ego enhancement project stands at $4,314.83.

I am sure our anonymous commenter will be by to apologize...but I am not holding my breath.
