COLUMBUS – Today Gov. John R. Kasich denied a request for executive clemency for Frank Spisak, who was convicted of murdering three people in 1982 on the campus of Cleveland State University.Spisak is scheduled to be executed on February 17th at the Southern Ohio Correctional Facility in Lucasville. In January, the Ohio Parole Board unanimously recommended against clemency for Spisak.
