Strickland Stiffed Ohio

There are few people capable of saying that they trashed Bob Taft more than me, but even Bob Taft had the courtesy to make sure the bills were paid.  Ted Strickland?  Not so much.  Demonstrating, once again, why competence matters we have now learned that Team Strickland couldn't be bothered with the actual details of governing and failed to make sure that their bills got paid.  Just another mess Ted Strickland left in his wake and another black eye on Ohio...
