Statement of Rep. Schmidt on Death of Tina Meranda

Congresswoman Jean Schmidt made the following statement Tuesday, October 2, 2012, regarding the Monday death of Tina Meranda, former Brown County clerk of courts.


“This is a very sad time for the residents of Brown County because we lost Tina Meranda,” Congresswoman Jean Schmidt said. “She was a great American who served her community with pride. She was a wonderful and loving wife and mother. Most of all, she was a child of God – with all her heart and soul. The world is a better place because of Tina Meranda. May she rest in peace.”
