Another Leak

From MarketWatch:
U.S. Capitol Police are investigating how a Bloomberg News reporter obtained confidential documents on pension plans at hundreds of U.S. companies, two congressmen said Thursday.

Bloomberg News returned the documents and promised not to report about their contents, according to Rep. John Boehner, R-Ohio, and George Miller, D-Calif., the chairman and ranking member of the House Education and Workforce Committee.

Boehner and Miller asked the Capitol Police to investigate how the Bloomberg reporter got the documents, which the committee received from the federal Pension Benefit Guaranty Corp. as part of its effort to rewrite the pension laws.

According to Boehner and Miller, the documents were taken from the committee's Democratic offices on Oct. 26. Bloomberg News returned the documents on Nov. 2, Boehner and Miller said in a statement.
This will be swept under the rug...
