WASHINGTON (AP) President Bush asks Congress for $1.2 billion for enough vaccine to protect 20 million Americans against current strain of bird flu.I'm no expert on this subject, but doesn't this seem like overkill to anybody? The current strain of bird flu isn't transmittable to humans...we need to get out in front of whatever mutates into the human form of the disease. Right?

Well, you know, the liberals said we didn't care or weren't ready for the last flu "epidemic." They claimed we werent' ready for Katrina. Now, with Bush saying, let's invest in getting some stores of vaccine together, what do they say? IT IS ALL ABOUT BIG PHARMACEUTICAL!?! Give me a break!
