McCain can go To McHell

I am not even going to dignify the drivel that the leader of the sabotaging self loathing RINOs, John McCain, had to say when he shared a lectern with Mike DeWhine this past week. It bordered not only on the ridiculous, but on the stupid as well. John McCain has shown, time and again, that he is not only not a man of honor, but a consummate flipflopper on the like of John Kerry. He flipflopped on his views about never giving up the search for his lost brothers, the MIAs of Vietnam. Everytime I talk to a Nam veteran they get a bad taste in their mouth when I mention this clown. Not only that, but he has flipflopped and hemmed and hawed on healthcare, on social security, and also on the most important issue of the day, the GWOT, or the War on Terror.

Time and again, this clown, when the polls were high or middling, he talked about his steadfast support for the war on terror, and for the war in Iraq. As soon as those numbers hit a snag, as soon as the leftys and the driveby media sang a tune of subterfuge, sedition, and aiding and abetting the enemy, Contrite John appeared(maybe he lives in that mass on the side of John's neck, or maybe that is remnant of what used to be a spine). Now, at a time when we need more than ever, as evidenced by the London arrests, a clear focus and determination, DeWhine and this panderer to the Left get up and talk about how it was all George's fault. Yep, that's right, we're just multi-termed US Senators, how can you expect us to make a decision on our own, we don't even read reports or show up to meetings? I mean, we are the gods of Washington, how can you expect us to take any personal responsibility? McCain and DeWine both serve on committees having to do with intelligence, it is a shame that neither one of them show any themselves.

Why is it John McCain does this, time and again? The reason is that he, like the Left, still can't get over 2000. In John's mind, he should be President now. (sounds like another demented Vet from Nam named John doesn't it?) He can't believe he got beaten by a hayseed like George W. Bush. He can't believe that people would choose him over a certifiable war hero (given his subversion of the war, I would tend to use a different version of certifiable). He just can't believe he wasted all that time licking the crotches of Dan Rather, Larry King, Peter Jennings, and Tom Brokaw. And still he lost. It must be those stupid conservatives fault, those people who believe that America is not the bane of the earth, but a blessing upon it, those people who still believe in a nation under God, who believe in peace through strength. Well, I will show those little conservatives, Johnboy says. So, he has spent the last six years stabbing this President in the back, again and again.

The sad part is that again and again, conservatives take it. We continue to invite John McCain on our radio shows and not confront him on the issues or his positions, sucking up to him again and again (see Sean Hannity), and we continue to allow him to have leadership positions. How stupid can we be? John McCain took what should have been a sure victory against GWB and bungled it. But, as is typical of his generation, he refuses to take responsibility for it. He authored one of the most subversive and anti-American laws in history, the McCain-Feingold Act, and still he refuses to acknowledge that it is only because of him and Russ that 527s have risen to prominence, and that it is only now that corporations and the wealthy have more firepower than Joe Average.

John McCain does not represent Republican or Conservative values. Sure, he talks about a balanced budget, but he authors up a lot of pork himself. Sure, he talks abotu securing the nation and fighting terror, but he doesn't understand, as Mark Steyn pointed out today on the Limbaugh show, that Iraq was the right bubble to pierce in the Mideast in that fighting a war in mountainous Iran could be hazardous and deadly (talk about high casualties), and that Iraq's central location means it could impact other nations like Syria and such. We have already seen some movements as such, but never let Johnny Headline miss the chance to talk about how he would have done things differently.

John McCain is detritus to Conservatives and the Republican party. At least Joe Lieberman gets it on the Iraq War and the War on Terror, and in these times, I will take that over a self=serving, megalomaniacal, neckbulging jackass masquerading as a competent US Senator.

I usually don't get involved in Congressional races outside of my state, but I offer my services to any CONSERVATIVE Republican who is willing to challenge John McCain. I offer the chance to open up my pocketbook and give money (well, at least as much as John and Russ allow me) to any Conservative Primary opponent of John McCain's. This man is the worst type of politician. He is a horse's ass, and I just am sick of the sight of him and his goiter.

...and He's a Liar too

I changed my mind, because as I looked at it, I just couldn't let John's lies stand. Here is what he said, on the campaign trail with Mike DeWine (no wonder he is losing to Sherrod "Red Square" Brown, having RINOs like this campaign for you):
I think one of the biggest mistakes we've made was underestimating the size of the task and the sacrifice that would be required. "Stuff happens. Mission accomplished. Last throes. Few dead-enders." I'm more familiar with those statements than anyone else because it grieves me so much that we had not told the American people how tough and difficult this task would be.

(my emphasis)
No, John, as usual, you must have been too busy listening to the ALL Praise John McCain CD you have on your headphones, and not listening to the President. Or maybe you are like the driveby media, and don't listen to the president except when to catch him stuttering. Either way, you sir, are a deceitful, conniving, self serving liar, because here is but one quote among many found detailing what the Presdient told us about this being hard:
"Iraq can be an example of peace and prosperity and freedom to the entire Middle East. It will be a hard journey. But at every step of the way, Iraq will have a steady friend in the American people."

(my emphasis, again)--April 28th, 2003

In about every speech on Iraq since then, the President has used phrases like 'hard work', and 'it's tough' to describe the war. Now, he did not say we were losing, or that we should pull out, or that we should let John McCain run the war, but I guess that is what the Demented senator from Arizona wanted to hear. As usual, John McCain puts his finger in the air, or in some reporter's, um, never mind, and checks to see which way the wind is breaking. He makes me puke, and he should be held in the lowest of esteem by anyone who truly supports our troops, who wants to see us win the war on terror. John McCain has not helped America get stronger, but has furthered the cause of the Left and the jihadis with his talk. Thanks Senator, we have six major networks and the KosKids to do that, we don't need you doing it too. Go back to your "John MCCain is god" echo chamber and leave reality to those of us to get it, you overbloated, self serving bloviated pus-bag.

This military wife, Senator, doesn't feel misled:
CALLER: I just had a comment, quick comment on Senator McCain, what he said. I'm a military wife, and my husband went over to Iraq as soon as the war ended, as soon as Saddam fell, and I don't feel misled at all. He told me, my husband told me before he went over there that this would be the hard part, not the actual war itself but the stabilization.

RUSH: Yeah.

CALLER: And I personally have not heard President Bush say anything but it's going to be a tough road.

RUSH: You know, look, the libs are trying to make a big case out of this, that Bush lied. The theme is Bush lied, so when you have the banner that says Mission Accomplished, Bush lied. When Cheney says the insurgency is in its last throes, Cheney lied. What’s continually troubling about this is Senator McCain's pandering to the Drive-By Media at the expense of his own party, and his own president. On the one hand, he's very supportive of the president, very supportive of the war. On the other hand, he thinks Rumsfeld ought to go, because that fits and dovetails right with where the Drive-By Media is on Rumsfeld. To come out and say that the American people were misled on this, why don't you tell us this at the beginning, senator?

When the president said what he said or said what you thought he said or when Cheney said what he said, why didn't you stop what you were doing and stand up and say, "Wait a minute, I don't think this is right, the American people need to be told something else." You come in after the fact with armchair quarterbacking and 20/20 hindsight like anybody can do, but we played for you the montage there, folks, of all the coverage McCain got and that's what he was angling for. If he thinks that this is going to help him with the Republican base, I mean he's sadly, sadly mistaken.

And, in DeWhine and McCain's attempt to make nice with the Driveby media, they lose track of these facts reported by Charlie Gibson of ABC:
The decision was made to redeploy thousands of US troops to the Baghdad area, from other areas of Iraq to secure the city and reduce the number of daily attacks. Well, the numbers are preliminary, but it seems to be working. After two weeks, Iraqi authorities say that the number of violent attacks has gone down by 30%. ABC reporters said by saturating some of the most dangerous neighborhoods, they have reduced violence across Baghdad by almost a third. US figures calculated differently show a 22% drop. Either way, the Americans are fired up. I quote Lieutenant Patrick Patterson of the 114th Cavalry who says, yeah, it's been great, we got a lot of smiles, we got a lot of waves.
--August 22, 2006 World News Tonight

Yep, gotta counter that good news with denigrating the very things the troops are fighting for, right Senator? Way to honor and support the troops, you stupid arrogant irresponsible sacks of goo!

McCain will not even place in the 08 race, George Allen will poll higher in Harlem than McCain will with the entire Republican base. I think they would rather see a man of principle who differs with them on some issues, like Guiliani, than a pandering, backstabbling pusbag like McCain any day of the week.

Of course, I guess Mike DeWhine will still continue to spell my name wrong on his campaign material, despite my being an elected party official, and I am sure I am going to get rants telling me about having "unity" instead of ideals. Well, too damn bad. DBM, IV4P!
