AP News Alert:DURHAM, N.C. (AP) A judge has sentenced disgraced prosecutor Mike Nifong to one day in jail for lying to a judge while pursuing the Duke lacrosse rape case.Not soon enough. This guy needs to get out as quickly as possible and get off the national stage. I'm all for giving people a second chance, particularly when they come clean like Sen. Vitter did, but Craig continues to stonewall and obfuscate the truth and that isn't helpful as we go into yet another contentious election cycle.
