Butler County Update: Insurance? I Don't Need Insurance!

Once again, we are seeing the emergence of a pattern of irresponsibility on the part of Rawnica Wilson-Dillingham-Ruscigno. She was in an accident on February 1st and now her insurance company is saying that she wasn't covered.

Intrepid Cox Newspaper reporter Josh Sweigart has the story:
The accident happened at Burger King on Hamilton's west side. Dillingham's Cadillac backed into a Chevrolet owned by Hamilton resident Deborah Lakes, causing $1,241.75 in damage, according to a repair estimate.

Lakes said they didn't call police but exchanged information. Lakes said she went to her insurance company, State Farm, and was told Dillingham didn't have coverage with Progressive Insurance, contrary to what Dillingham said.

"We are currently reviewing a claim resulting from the 02/01/08 loss. Our investigation has revealed there is no coverage for this loss," states a document provided by Lakes, apparently sent by fax from Progressive to State Farm. "We will be unable to honor any request for payment as a result of damages sustained in this loss," the fax states.
Kay Rogers likes to talk about "patterns of behavior" that she is "concerned" about but fails to mention that Rawnica Wilson-Dillingham-Ruscigno has a history of blaming anybody but herself for her troubles.
