Cates for Butler County Commissioner?

I found a very interesting throw away line in the Cincinnati Enquirer piece covering last nights festivities t the Butler County GOP Endorsement Meeting. It is from Commission Don the Democrat Dixon:

It could pave the way for some "big names," such as state Sen. Gary Cates, to enter the race, Dixon speculated. Cates, a state senator since 2005, will term limit out in 2012.

Senator? Anything you'd like to say? :)

However...I MUST object to something else that made it in to the piece (on page 2). Robert Weber is NOT a Republican. He is -- in fact -- a socialist. Just ask him.
