Second Blogaversary

NOTE: This post will be updated through the extended weekend. This post is also a "sticky" to the top for Friday, 8/26...scroll down for Friday's posts.

It all started on August 27, 2003 with this post discussing the fact that the number of "peace" deaths in iraq had surpassed the "war" deaths. 40,000 visits later (the sitemeter wasn't added to the blog until late September) and we're still cranking out the material.

Amongst our favorites from last year:

Movie Reviews

We got on Grace Hill Media's reviewer list and started the WMD Goes to the Movies series with In Good Company. Our most popular review was for Constantine. We also reviewed Kingdom of Heaven (updates here and here) and Kicking and Screaming this year. We are looking forward to doing the first Chronicles of Narnia movie when it comes out later this year.

Other Reviews

Book review of BLOG: Understanding the Information Reformation by Hugh Hewitt. We had some more fun with that one...

A couple of television reviews: Revelations (Updated here) mini-series and a bit about the Joan of Arcadia series.
